12/07/13 – 18 miles
Everything was bothering me today- my left ankle, my left knee, my right knee. My cardio just wasn’t there, and after I drank every drop of the Powerade I brought along with me for the run, I was still very thirsty. I remember the 18-miler last December when I was training for the Disney marathon, and that was really rough as well. This training is beginning to be a real grind. 45 days until the marathon.
