11/15/13 – gym day
There was no way that I going to skip the gym this morning, since I didn’t go Monday, & I only went one day last week. I think I’ll approach tomorrow’s 15 mile run differently than my previous “long” runs. I’ll have food & drink beforehand, and then bring a bottle of Powerade along with me for the trip. Hopefully, that will do the trick. I’ll have the rest of the day to recover, before UFC 167 starts in the evening. 66 days until the marathon.
