11/09/13 – 12 miles
I didn’t have it this morning. Not even close. No cardio. Because of that, I ended up briefly walking at least half a dozen times during the twelve miles. Came home feeling like crap. I still feel like crap. What is the significance of this? One thing that it might mean is that next Saturday’s fifteen miles are not going to be enjoyable. Maybe I should have brought some Powerade along with me for the run. That’s usually a real pain, because I have to carry something for the whole run. But hydration (along with electrolytes) as I run may make the whole thing easier. We live & learn. Or, we run & learn. 72 days until the marathon.
