09/18/13 – 3 miles

I spent the summer running on a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule. Now that I’m doing 3 consecutive days midweek, my quads are killing me! At least it’s below 80 degrees in the morning. Another 3 miles tomorrow, then 7 miles on Saturday. Yee haw!!! 123 days until the marathon.
