09/10/13 – 3 miles

Today marked the beginning of my official training for the Clearwater Marathon. I’ve spent the summer doing a schedule of running 3 days a week- Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. From now on, it’s run on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday, and strength training at the gym on Monday & Friday. 131 days until the marathon.
