09/02/13 Welcome to the twenty-six point two
Hello everyone, & welcome to the twenty-six point two. This blog will tell about my training for the Clearwater Marathon, which takes place on Sunday, January 19, 2014. I will be checking in daily during my 19 week training. The regimen is adapted from Hal Higdon’s 18 week marathon training for the novice runner, Despite the fact that I have run one marathon before, I still consider myself a novice. And at 53 years old, I want to take it easy on myself. (Easy is a relative term!) See you on the 10th.
